Transportation Services
The City of St. Charles School District provides free bus transportation for students living more than one mile from their assigned school. Bus service is also provided to students when an IEP team determines transportation is a related service due to a student's disability.
Classroom PartiesPlease make arrangements with your child's teacher first. If you are attending a classroom party please sign in at the office first. Siblings under 18 are not allowed at parties.School Supply List
A $40 fee per child provides them with classroom supplies and a t-shirt. Payments can be made at our Information Night!

Hours of Operation
Start Time 8:50 a.m.
Dismissal Time 3:50 p.m.
Supervision for students will begin at 8:30 a.m. No families are allowed in the building before this time, unless they are enrolled in the before-school care program.
Before and After School Care
Before and after school day care services are available at our building through the St. Charles County YMCA. Morning care begins at 6:30 a.m. and after school care ends at 6:00 p.m.

School Messenger Notification Service
The School Messenger System is an automated message system utilized by the City of St. Charles School District.
Just click this link to open the Messenger login page, and use the username and password you were given at the beginning of the school year.
District-wide and school-wide information messages will be sent periodically with news including:
- inclement weather alerts and cancellations
- emergency alerts
- community meeting notifications
- special event reminders
Please keep your telephone number up-to-date on your child's emergency card in order to ensure you receive the important notifications!School Cancellations
In the event of severe weather, the City of St. Charles School District may choose to dismiss students from school early or cancel events and/or classes for the day. The cancellations are announced through a variety of media outlets including School Messenger, district Facebook, district Twitter feed, and TV channels 2, 4, and 5.
All families should have an inclement weather plan in the event that school is dismissed early. If inclement weather is forecast, please plan with your child ahead of time so that he/she will know how they may be leaving school, if it will be different transportation than usual.
