SCSD families,

We are excited to announce that the District's newly installed student information system is up and running. We understand the delays in the launch of the system were not ideal and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

Please use the link stcharlessd.powerschool.com/public to access the sign in page. In the PowerSchool Parent Portal, you will be able to complete and finalize your new or existing students’ enrollment forms for the 23-24 School Year. You will need to complete these forms before your student's school will release schedules and/or teacher assignments.  The attached document lists all schools open houses and schedule pick dates/times.

Instructions for Parents logging into the New Portal for the First Time:

1. To access your parent portal for the first time, click, “Forgot Username or Password?”

2. Next, type the contact email associated with your student(s) into both the username and email fields. 

3. Click submit and follow the emailed prompts to reset your password. If you do not see the email please check your spam folder.

4. Return to stcharlessd.powerschool.com/public and use the same email used earlier and your NEW password to sign in.

5. If trying to access PowerSchool via their mobile app, you will need to use the school code "PRWH".
